- Does Dearborn One maintain stocked inventory?
- No. Dearborn One does not represent owned warehouses or stocked national inventory. Material is sourced through qualified manufacturers and distributors, with storage and staging arranged through qualified logistics partners where a project requires it.
- How are manufacturers and suppliers qualified?
- Suppliers are evaluated against specification conformance, product authorization, documentation capability, production and delivery capacity, schedule reliability, and the compliance conditions of the contract. Qualification is performed per requirement, not assumed from a general vendor list.
- Can Dearborn One support staged or multi-site delivery?
- Yes, as coordination. Staged releases, delivery windows, consolidated shipments, and multi-location distribution are coordinated with freight and logistics partners. Delivery dates depend on supplier and carrier performance and are not guaranteed.
- Does Dearborn One self-perform construction?
